2026年4月24日,蘇州大學(xué)附屬第一醫(yī)院沈振亞教授團(tuán)隊(duì)在《Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy》上發(fā)表了題為:Endothelial GABA protects against aortic dissection by inhibiting endothelial and mitochondrial dysfunction and maintaining vascular homeostasis的研究論文。該研究揭示了內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)通過(guò)抑制內(nèi)皮功能障礙與線粒體損傷、維持血管內(nèi)環(huán)境穩(wěn)態(tài),從而抵御主動(dòng)脈夾層發(fā)生發(fā)展的全新保護(hù)機(jī)制,為主動(dòng)脈夾層的發(fā)病機(jī)制解析、早期診斷及靶向防治提供了全新的理論依據(jù)與潛在干預(yù)靶點(diǎn)。
